About Me & My Education

I have been interested in Yoga since I was 14 years old. My mom took me to her Yoga lessons and I loved how I felt at the end of the class. But the Western Yoga Lessons were mainly Asana based, and treated as a workout which was too exhausting for me. A lot of anger built up in me sometimes during the lesson as it was too challenging for my type of character. I like to move and flow and activate my energy but not force me into having pain or exhaustion.

When I was 18teen I tried Yin Yoga, which is more meditative, and instantly fell in love. There was a moment when my breath was very deep, my mind was very calm and I had a calm and tingling, sensation in my whole body, feeling light but grounded at the same time. I felt a sensation of peace I had never felt before. From that moment on, I felt that Yoga is way more than just for your body. Shortly later I was initiated into the practice of Atma Kriya Yoga given to humanity by Mahavatar Babaji and Paramahamsa Vishwananda.

After graduating my Matura, I knew I wouldn't want to go to university so instead, I absolved my 200h Online Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha and Ashtanga. After, I had a strong calling to dive into the Tantric practice of Kundalini Yoga and was blessed with the ability to travel to India where I spent 5 weeks in Rishikesh, for my 300h Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.

Yoga is not my passion, because to attain Yoga is a lifestyle and life purpose. My passion is Music. Especially using my voice. Since I was a child I was always singing, composing songs, and expressed myself through my voice. I love to sing for people and to create music and jam. I prefer either to freestyle, this is where I can truly channel whatever wants to come out and be sung or to chant Mantras, especially in the divine language of Sanskrit, since it has a very high and positive frequency and it just feels like home to me. I love to dance and move my body, it makes me feel free, and helps me embody and dive into my divine feminine energy.

I love to go out into nature, the forest is one of my favorite places. I feel deeply connected to animals and nature. I am very interested in the occult and mystical knowledge like Vedic astrology and ancient scriptures. I am very drawn to all kinds of waters, rivers, lakes, ponds, rain, and the sea. I am fascinated by crystals and I adore Cacao.

Education

200h Multistyle Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training, Online, Worldpeaceyogaschool

I was completely absorbed in the teachings. I learned about the Yogic philosophy, Mantras, Bandhas, Mudras, Pranayama, and much more. I learned the basics of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. The focus was on Ashtanga Yoga and I absolved many hours of practice which was very challenging but when I had finished the course I was stronger, I had more discipline and my body was even craving the practice. This education rapidly accelerated my inner growth.

300h Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training, Rishikesh, Worldpeaceyogaschool

I spent 5 weeks on the sacred lands of India in Rishikesh, and it was one of the most lifechanging and profound experineces in my life. Everyday I woke up at 4 am and we had an intense and full day, full of wisdom and practice. Kundalini is my absolute favorite kind of Yoga since it focuses directly on your life force energy (Prana/Chi) and is a more meditative practice but at the same time stimulating and freeing. I experienced the healing properties of Traditional Himalayan Kundalini Yoga.

Reiki 1st and 2nd Degree, Rishikesh

During my Kundalini Yoga education, a powerful Grandmaster Reiki Woman was in Rishikesh. I was able to join for the first and second Degree initiation and it was a powerful and immersive education. I have now practiced distant healing and in-person healings on friends and family and they were all positively surprised at the relaxing and improving effects of the divine energy flowing through me. I merely act as an Instrument.

30h Sound Healing Immersion, El Gouna

I recently partook in a 30 hour Sound Healing Immersion Programm in El Gouna, Egypt. We learned about the basics of Sound Healing: Vibration, frequency & resonance . We experineced the power of sound through using and practicing with singing bowls and a given technique, through excericeses with  our voice and through theory given examlpes. We learned that trauma is being trapped in the body and through vibration with the right resonance can be triggered to emerge. We were taught how to create a safe healing space for people and how to support the healing process.
