How the path of yoga found me

I have been in contact with the term Yoga since I was 14 years old. My mom took me to her Yoga lessons and I loved how I felt at the end of the class. But the Western Yoga Lessons were mainly Asana based, and treated as a workout which was too exhausting for me. A lot of anger built up in me sometimes during the lesson as it was too challenging for my type of character. I like to move and flow and activate my energy but not force me into having pain or exhaustion.

When I was 18teen I tried Yin Yoga, which is more meditative, and instantly fell in love. There was a moment when my breath was very deep, my mind was very calm and I had a calm and tingling, sensation in my whole body, feeling light but grounded at the same time. I felt a slight sensation of peace I had never felt before. From that moment on, I felt that Yoga is way more than just for your body. Shortly later I was initiated into the practice of Atma Kriya Yoga given to humanity by Mahavatar Babaji and my spiritual teacher Paramahamsa Vishwananda, which was the beginning of my self-healing journey and a reminder of my relationship with the divine within and without.

After graduating my Matura, I knew I wouldn't want to go to university. So instead, I absolved my 200h Online Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha and Ashtanga. After, I had a strong calling to dive into the Tantric practice of Kundalini Yoga and was blessed with the ability to travel to India where I spent 5 weeks in Rishikesh, for my 300h Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.

Some words about me

Yoga is not my passion, because to attain Yoga is a lifestyle and life purpose. My passion is Music. Especially using my voice. Since I was a child I was always singing, composing songs, and expressed myself through my voice. I love to sing for people, create music, and jam. I prefer either to freestyle, this is where I can truly channel whatever wants to come out and be sung, or to chant Mantras, especially in the divine language of Sanskrit, since it has a very high and positive frequency and it just feels like home to me. I love to dance and move my body, it makes me feel free, and helps me embody and dive into my divine feminine energy.

Nature is medicine. The forest is one of my favorite places. Hiking brings me great joy. I feel deeply connected to animals, nature, and children. I am very interested in the occult and mystical knowledge like vedic astrology and ancient scriptures. I am very drawn to all kinds of waters, rivers, lakes, ponds, rain, and the sea. I am fascinated by crystals and I love Cacao, which helps me to open up my heart.
